What you'll do

• Provide grooming services such as bathing, brushing, drying, de-matting, trimming, nail care, and other specialty services
• conduct pet check-in and check-out
• alert pet parents to observed anomalies
• share product knowledge and offer suitable service enhancements
• handle pets respectfully
• communicate with pet parents in person and through email, text, and phone
• maintain a clean and safe work area
• and rebook appointments.
