Concrete Production Support Specialist

The Concrete Production Support Specialist is an onsite role in Delano, MN. Compensation is $21–$25 per hour. The role supports Landscape Structures’ Concrete Operations team. The company manufactures commercial playground equipment and designs playgrounds for communities and schools. The specialist cross-trains across concrete production and kitting tasks to support production needs. The work helps prepare and handle products according to standard procedures so they can be produced and shipped without damage.

What you'll do

• Cross-train in Concrete Operations
• prepare and clean molds
• stage tabs, rebar, and other materials
• roll out sprayed concrete panels during each set
• clean up after spray sets
• train toward mixer and sprayer work
• follow standard work procedures for kitting
• configure pallets
• use saws, drills, staplers, and heat-shrink wrapping
• load kitted products onto semi-trailers.
