What you'll do

• Provide medical direction across care services.
• Lead the design and implementation of clinical programs and service lines.
• Oversee regulatory compliance, quality performance, outcomes, safety, documentation, and survey readiness.
• Set clinical practice standards for physicians and APRNs and address performance through coaching and improvement.
• Develop service lines, community partnerships, and referral relationships, and represent the organization to hospitals, skilled nursing and assisted living facilities, and physician partners.
