• Maintain client relationships
• support loan setup and closing and act as administrative agent for certain lead deals
• execute post-close credit agreement requirements
• minimize risk and fulfill corporate governance responsibilities
• prepare underwriting memoranda for loan modifications
• mentor and train less experienced team members
• support a strong credit culture.
