What you'll do

• Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate Emergency Department services
• maintain working relationships with patients, physicians, employees, volunteers, and vendors
• collaborate with department counterparts to support nursing care standards
• develop and recommend policies, procedures, and programs with medical staff and other disciplines
• prepare budgets
• manage physician relationships
• coordinate multidisciplinary teams to resolve operational and patient-care issues.
