What you'll do

• Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities
• assist with treatments delegated by the registered nurse according to care plans
• take and record vital signs as instructed
• document services in the computerized charting system
• assist with prescribed program activities
• observe and report changes in physical or emotional condition.
