What you'll do

• Welcome and acknowledge guests
• maintain knowledge of Pool Lounge food and beverage offerings
• prepare cocktails and beverages to recipes and presentation standards
• recommend beverages and food pairings
• serve wine and champagne when required
• follow Louisiana alcohol regulations and responsible-service procedures
• monitor guest consumption
• process checks and payments
• maintain bar and poolside cleanliness
• coordinate with service, culinary, and leadership teams
• assist with VIPs, cabanas, events, opening and closing duties, inventory, stocking, and cleaning
• follow food safety, sanitation, health, and pool-area safety procedures.
