What you'll do

• Power wash restaurant kitchen exhaust systems, including hoods, ductwork, filters, and exhaust fans
• lead and supervise an on-the-job crew
• ensure quality work
• manage and organize the assigned truck
• set up and take down job sites and equipment
• complete projects independently
• maintain equipment and report mechanical deficiencies
• complete administrative duties.
