What you'll do

• Coordinate multiple RFPs and proposals with the National Aviation Marketing Lead
• manage projects and deadlines
• write marketing content and collateral
• create PowerPoint presentations and graphics
• coach technical staff on communication, writing, and presentation practices
• gather information from subconsultants and coordinate with them
• maintain marketing communications quality and timely production
• update firm, resume, project, and RFQ information in the CRM.
