The National Skilled Recruiter role is an onsite, full-time position in Waukegan, IL, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Compensation is $24–$25 per hour, paid weekly, plus overtime and bonus potential. The recruiter serves as a primary client contact, sources and screens candidates, and manages client and field-employee relationships. The role supports successful staffing by building qualified talent pipelines and coordinating candidate placement and ongoing client needs.

What you'll do

• Understand client staffing needs and recruit qualified candidates
• promote open positions to candidates
• source and submit resumes
• screen applicants
• maintain records of client and employee interactions
• conduct client visits and attend job fairs as needed
• interview, hire, and manage candidate pools
• manage field employees, including attendance, coaching, and terminations.
