What you'll do

• Oversee and conduct maintenance and repair in specific, regulated American Red Cross buildings.
• Advise in the planning for building systems, electricity, equipment repair, building design and general building maintenance.
• Maintain basic knowledge of structural systems, control systems, code issues, and ability to recognize problematic mechanical devices.
• Perform all duties and responsibilities in compliance with standard operating procedures and other applicable Federal, State, and local regulations.

What we're looking for

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent trade school certificate required. Current Universal Refrigerant license, OSHA 10 and HVAC certification required.

Experience

Minimum 7 years of related experience, preferably within laboratory, hospital setting, SDS or CGMP controlled environments.
