Contract Quality Assurance Analyst

Job overview

The Contract Quality Assurance Analyst role is hybrid in Milwaukee, WI, with three days per week on-site and two days remote. Compensation is $50.00–$70.00 per hour. The analyst works for Codeworks, an LRS company, supporting modernization and enhancement of a ServiceNow platform. The role plans and executes testing to verify enterprise application changes, identify defects, and support reliable releases. By collaborating with developers, administrators, business analysts, and stakeholders, the analyst helps improve platform quality and delivery efficiency.

What you'll do

• Design and execute test plans, cases, scripts, and test data
• support functional, regression, integration, user acceptance, and automation testing
• validate ServiceNow enhancements, fixes, configurations, workflows, and updates
• document and track defects
• perform root-cause analysis and troubleshooting
• participate in Agile ceremonies and release activities
• provide testing metrics and quality recommendations.
