The Second-Shift Customer Service Representative / Cleaner is an onsite, full-time role in Columbus, OH; The position supports Planet Fitness club operations by combining facility cleaning with member-facing service. The role helps maintain clean, safe workout areas while welcoming members and assisting with basic account questions, inquiries, and sales. This combination supports a positive member experience and the day-to-day operation of the gym.

What you'll do

• Disinfect fitness equipment
• deep-clean restrooms, locker rooms, and spa areas
• vacuum and mop floors and operate floor scrubbers
• empty bins and restock supplies
• handle laundry and dusting
• greet members and check them in
• answer inquiries and give tours
• process point-of-sale transactions
• conduct floor checks, re-rack weights, and escalate complex account issues.
