The Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) / Personal Care Aide (PCA), In-Home Care role is onsite in Plaistow, NH, with compensation of $19–$24 per hour. Executive Home Care of Southeast New Hampshire provides one-on-one in-home care to help local seniors remain in their homes. The caregiver assists clients with personal care, mobility, meals, light housekeeping, companionship, health observation, errands, and transportation. The role supports clients’ daily routines and independence while communicating relevant updates to families and the care coordination team.

What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, oral care, and hygiene
• support safe transfers and mobility
• prepare meals and perform light housekeeping
• provide companionship
• observe and report changes
• assist with errands, shopping, and transportation.
