What you'll do

• Supervise and coordinate nursing services during assigned shifts
• ensure residents receive high-quality, timely, appropriate nursing care
• guide RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
• conduct rounds to monitor resident condition, staffing, and care delivery
• assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed
• monitor medication administration, treatments, and documentation
• respond to changes in resident condition and notify physicians and families as appropriate
• adjust staffing assignments
• address staff concerns and workflow challenges
• complete incident reports and investigations
• support survey readiness and compliance
• collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and department leadership.
