What you'll do

• Plan and manage controls projects

• communicate with customers, contractors, subcontractors, and field staff
• review contracts, estimates, and risks
• monitor project costs and forecasts
• manage schedules, materials, vendor orders, subcontractor proposals, work orders, billing, collections support, and change orders
• maintain quality and customer satisfaction
• obtain customer acceptance and transition projects to warranty service
• travel locally and occasionally stay overnight
• work outside normal hours or weekends as required.
