What you'll do

• Ensure proper food assembly and service and maintain sanitation and safety
• handle cash and complete reports
• respond to customer needs and resolve concerns
• assist with menu planning and ordering
• open and close the department according to security policies
• support associate selection, orientation, and training
• schedule associates
• oversee tasks
• evaluate, mentor, and discipline associates
• support regulatory, food-safety, and loss-prevention compliance.
