What you'll do

• Attend examinations under oath with clients
• conduct recorded statements by phone
• draft and electronically file litigation documents through Florida’s E-Portal
• coordinate mediations, depositions, and court hearings
• manage discovery and respond to motions
• communicate with clients
• collaborate with attorneys and support staff.
