OB/GYN Physician Leader, Complex Family Planning

Sutter West Bay Medical Group is seeking a full-time OB/GYN Physician Leader in Complex Family Planning to develop and lead a comprehensive reproductive health program at Sutter Health California Pacific Medical Center in San Francisco, CA. Compensation is not specified for this onsite role, which supports the Women's Health Service Line through clinical care, program development, and system-wide policy standardization. This role exists to expand access to advanced contraceptive care, high-risk family planning, and evidence-based abortion services. The physician will lead quality improvement initiatives, mentor staff, and foster community partnerships to ensure consistent, patient-centered reproductive healthcare across the Sutter Health system.

What you'll do

• Develop and lead a system-aligned reproductive health program
• provide advanced contraceptive care including LARC
• manage medically complex patients
• standardize clinical protocols for abortion services
• collaborate with MFM, oncology, and cardiology subspecialties
• participate in OB hospitalist call shifts.
