What you'll do

• Serve as the primary HR contact for assigned corporate functions and remote team members
• advise on HR policies, programs, benefits, and procedures
• support managers with performance, corrective action, conflict resolution, and employee communication
• conduct or support workplace investigations and document findings
• coordinate onboarding, promotions, transfers, leaves, accommodations, and separations
• support recruiting, orientation, performance management, engagement, reporting, compliance, and remote workforce support.
