What you'll do

• Manage multiple campus construction projects
• verify field work against drawings and DSA requirements
• report schedule, cost, budget, staffing, delays, disputes, changes, and compliance
• maintain the risk register and mitigation plans
• coordinate construction phasing and swing-space plans
• resolve issues with designers, contractors, inspectors, and DSA
• lead closeout and sign-offs
• coordinate furniture, equipment, surplus, and moves
• support planning, programming, and design.
