What you'll do

• Coordinate assigned sites from pre-launch through launch, early operations, and handoff
• maintain site launch plans, milestones, dependencies, owners, and deadlines
• align infrastructure, permitting, regulatory, flight operations, maintenance, commercial, community, and partner teams
• verify site, equipment, staffing, partner, and operational readiness
• identify risks, drive mitigations, and escalate safety concerns
• provide field updates and maintain launch records
• complete operational handoffs
• apply playbooks and checklists and recommend practical improvements.
