What you'll do

• Maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment for youth
• lead interventions, including crisis response when needed
• ensure treatment plans and program expectations are implemented
• hire, train, schedule, and supervise Home staff
• coach staff and provide performance feedback
• partner with clinical teams on individualized treatment plans
• monitor home dynamics and student interactions
• oversee documentation, schedules, medications, transportation, cleanliness, and supplies
• participate in treatment and planning meetings
• manage resources and contribute to budgeting
• ensure policy, licensing, and regulatory compliance.
