What you'll do

• Update, operate, and document maintenance of current analytics dashboards
• assist with developing and testing datasets and dashboards
• troubleshoot analytics platforms
• work with agency leaders and programs to design data tools
• support ETL automation and data security
• maintain SharePoint and Teams intranet tools
• administer assigned platforms
• develop automated processes
• support analytics standards
• prepare reports
• train users on analytics and assigned platforms
• provide guidance on reporting across agency data systems.
