The Head of School role is onsite in Lone Tree, CO. Compensation is $125,000–$135,000+ per year, based on experience. Ambleside Colorado is a Christ-centered school community grounded in Charlotte Mason’s philosophy and pedagogy, with campuses in Lone Tree and Englewood.

What you'll do

• Lead the educational, organizational, financial, cultural, and spiritual health of Ambleside Colorado. Steward its mission and pedagogy across campuses
• develop leaders and systems
• oversee budgeting, enrollment, staffing, and resource allocation
• maintain organizational health measures
• partner with the Board on strategy and growth
• and strengthen relationships with families, staff, donors, and community partners.
