What you'll do

• Oversee daily operations across departments
• ensure regulatory and organizational compliance
• manage budgets, financials, operating costs, labor, and performance metrics
• support occupancy, NOI, and resident engagement targets
• foster resident- and family-centered service
• oversee clinical, memory care, dining, and life enrichment functions
• hire, train, coach, and develop staff
• partner with sales on occupancy and revenue
• support pricing and local market strategy
• lead external business development
• participate in rotating on-call and Manager on Duty coverage.
