It works across departments on setups, merchandise, artist needs, signage, contracts, and payments while maintaining guest service and regulatory standards.

What you'll do

• Coordinate entertainment and special events
• track promotions and event information
• provide guest service and communication
• coordinate merchandise, decorations, department setups, green room needs, signage, and collateral
• track entertainer contracts and payments
• maintain confidentiality and report suspicious activity
• accommodate event changes.

Why this role
