The Children’s Case Manager — EMPACT role is onsite in Apache Junction, AZ, and is full-time with flexible scheduling to meet client and family needs. Compensation is not specified. What you'll do

• Provide direct-service crisis intervention, support, transportation, and education to children and families
• complete family needs assessments
• make referrals to community services and collaborating partners
• support continuity of care
• coordinate communications with agency departments and collaborators
• meet applicable Behavioral Health Technician qualifications
• maintain required fingerprint clearance eligibility and a valid Arizona driver’s license.
