What you'll do

• Support safety and quality plans
• participate in estimating and change management
• monitor crew size, self-perform hours, materials, quantities, and equipment
• assist with punch lists, inspections, and reviews
• maintain current drawings and specifications
• organize project meetings and documentation
• prepare project reports
• track procurement, shop drawings, and deliveries
• provide progress updates
• support project closeout
• assist with estimates, schedules, work plans, daily logs, crew planning, project administration, subcontractor scope management, cost control, and team training.
