What you'll do

• Support attorneys handling removal defense and litigation before Immigration Courts, the Board of Immigration Appeals, and federal courts
• communicate with clients about procedural and case-processing issues
• track case status using case management and billing systems
• prepare adjustment of status, asylum, naturalization, administrative, and defensive applications
• follow internal intake procedures after a client retains the firm.

Why this role
