Staff Accountant

The Staff Accountant role is onsite in Richardson, TX, with compensation of $70,000–$95,000 per year. What you'll do

• Create and send invoices and credit memos
• record and match customer payments
• reconcile accounts receivable and identify discrepancies
• monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts
• resolve billing inquiries
• maintain general ledger entries and reconcile sub-ledgers
• compile monthly financial statements and reports
• analyze balance sheet and expense accounts
• collaborate with program management, operations, purchasing, and accounting
• participate in forecasts and reports for costs, sales, income, bookings, backlog, headcount, and materials
• monitor material costs, labor costs, overhead, inventory, and receivables.
