What you'll do

• Prepare estimates using field documentation, photos, measurements, and DocuSketch data
• write and revise estimates and supplements in Xactimate/Symbility
• collaborate with project managers and crew chiefs
• respond to carrier and third-party administrator feedback
• identify scope gaps and escalate issues
• communicate with adjusters and stakeholders to support approvals and file closeout.
