Shift Leader

The Shift Leader role is onsite in Calimesa, CA. Pay is $21–$22 per hour. The position supports restaurant operations at an Arby’s location operated by A&KRB, LLC. The shift leader directs and supervises shift activities, supports management goals, and makes timely operating decisions to deliver guest service and manage sales, profits, and controllable costs. The role also delegates work and ensures assigned tasks and checklists are completed.

What you'll do

• Direct and supervise shift activities
• plan and implement daily operating routines
• complete administrative duties and paperwork
• supervise and perform opening or closing duties as directed
• follow point-of-sale comp and cash-handling procedures
• resolve guest questions and complaints with management involvement
• delegate responsibilities and ensure tasks and checklists are completed
• support restaurant management goals and directives.
