The Architectural Review Coordinator is an onsite role in Punta Gorda, Florida. Compensation is $22.00 per hour starting pay. CCMC manages master-planned communities and emphasizes resident-centric service. The coordinator administers the Architectural Change Application process under governing documents and prepares meetings for the Founder’s Review Committee. By serving as a liaison among homeowners, the committee, and the Design Review team, the role supports clear communication and consistent application of community design guidelines.

What you'll do

• Execute the Architectural Change Application process based on governing documents
• prepare Founder’s Review Committee meetings
• serve as liaison between homeowners and the committee and work with the Design Review team
• handle walk-in submittals and inquiries and respond to homeowners
• assist with workshops or informational sessions
• explain architectural concepts and Design Guidelines
• perform visual inspections as needed
• assist with interpreting and enforcing guidelines
• maintain review and inspection reports and written communications.
