Veterinary Technician

What you'll do

• Safely restrain patients
• administer medications and therapies as directed by veterinarians
• monitor and recover sedated or anesthetized patients
• assist in emergencies
• maintain patient records
• perform or assist with blood draws, urine collection, radiographs, blood pressure, ECGs, imaging, catheter placement, and sample collection
• prepare and clean procedure areas
• maintain equipment and follow sterile protocols.
