Fitness Trainer — Full-Time

Job overview

What you'll do

• Conduct new-member orientation sessions
• teach safe and effective equipment use
• design and lead small-group fitness classes
• provide general fitness instruction and encouragement, not one-on-one personal training
• assist members on the club floor
• maintain a welcoming atmosphere
• clean and disinfect equipment
• report equipment issues and safety concerns
• track session participation
• support front desk operations and club events as needed.
