What you'll do

• Conduct routine and random unarmed patrols of buildings, common areas, parking areas, access points, and perimeter
• monitor visitor activity and verify credentials as directed
• respond to incidents and alarms
• document observations and complete incident reports
• communicate with site contacts, first responders, and company leadership
• provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel.
