The processor manages mortgage files from lock through funding, coordinating with loan officers, loan partners, underwriters, borrowers, and third parties to prepare complete submissions, resolve conditions, and help loans close accurately and on time.
What you'll do
- Review incoming loans and verify file completeness
- request and analyze borrower documentation

- review conditional approvals and package conditions
- communicate requirements to borrowers
- review closing disclosures
- monitor funding and resolve post-funding issues
- log communications in the loan origination system
- attend weekly team and pipeline meetings.

Why this role
