The role owns hands-on HR compliance and benefits administration across the company’s operating countries. It helps maintain compliant programs and benefits operations, resolve employee service requests, support open enrollment, and improve workflows through automation and AI tools.

What you'll do

• Own the HR compliance calendar and programs, including EEO-1 reporting, FLSA audits, I-9, leave programs, background checks, state and local requirements, and SOC 2 HR controls. Administer benefits eligibility, enrollment, life events, carrier feeds, billing, reconciliation, vendor relationships, and open enrollment. Triage Total Rewards tickets and manage received mail workflows
• maintain Workday records, run audits, and develop AI-supported workflow automation.
