The specialist ensures store standards are maintained and team members are supported in their daily tasks.

What you'll do

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service
• supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom
• ensure telephone is answered according to policy
• process online orders and store transfers
• handle special orders
• process customer returns and exchanges
• ensure merchandise is invoiced
• communicate Zipline messages
• ensure team members adhere to schedules
• perform store opening/closing duties.
