What you'll do

• Conduct client consultations and assess estate planning needs
• draft and review revocable and irrevocable trusts and advanced planning documents
• maintain client relationships through clear communication and counsel
• guide clients through planning and funding
• identify and resolve potential estate and fiduciary tax issues
• stay informed about relevant estate, tax, and probate law. Handling probate and estate administration is preferred, not required.
