Paraeducator (Special Education)

Job overview

Compensation is $17–$20 per year. The Paraeducator role is an onsite position located in Netawaka, KS. This role exists to provide personalized support, supervision, and guidance to students in grades K-9. By collaborating with classroom educators to implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), the Paraeducator helps empower students to reach their full potential and build essential academic and social skills.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with teachers to create a supportive learning environment, implement individualized instruction and behavioral interventions, monitor student progress, manage student behavior, and maintain accurate documentation of student performance.
