What you'll do

• Diagnose and repair light HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general building issues
• conduct site assessments and preventive maintenance
• document work with reports and photos
• coordinate vendors and project logistics
• manage assigned work orders
• perform recurring safety inspections
• and flag safety issues to facilities leadership.
