Direct Support Professional (DSP)

What you'll do

• Assist clients with daily care, medical needs, activities of daily living, and mental health supports
• support routines and choices
• plan recreation and community activities
• accompany clients to appointments and activities in a company vehicle
• implement support plans
• administer and document prescribed medication and treatments
• prepare meals and order food as needed
• maintain the home
• provide supervision
• complete training and records
• and communicate with the team.
