• Coordinate federal workforce planning, staffing, recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives
• manage personnel requests, position descriptions, vacancy announcements, and hiring actions
• maintain staffing plans, billet inventories, organizational charts, and workforce data
• track personnel actions and hiring metrics
• develop workforce reports and leadership briefings
• coordinate training and professional development
• analyze workforce trends and recommend talent-management strategies.
