What you'll do

• Prepare seafood cuts and products for display
• receive and unload shipments
• stock cases and rotate products
• maintain a clean and safe work area
• assist customers with selections and preparation questions
• weigh, price, wrap, cut, and prepare seafood according to company recipes
• operate authorized equipment safely
• handle damaged or spoiled products according to guidelines
• follow weights, measures, and labeling requirements
• assist with associate training when needed.
