What you'll do

• Process biweekly and off-cycle payroll
• review time records and approved employee changes
• calculate earnings, deductions, reimbursements, and corrections
• review payroll reports and resolve discrepancies
• reconcile payroll general-ledger activity and related accounts
• coordinate payroll tax filings and reporting
• process retirement contributions and benefit deductions
• maintain payroll systems, procedures, and controls
• support employees and supervisors
• prepare audit documentation
• collaborate with Finance and Human Resources.
