Associate Project Manager

Job overview

The Associate Project Manager role is onsite in Nashville, TN, with compensation of $80,000–$88,000 per year. The position is part of AHEAD’s LAUNCH Associate Development Program, which develops IT consulting talent and future leaders. The role builds project management skills while supporting technical project delivery. Working with senior project and program managers, the associate coordinates people, schedules, budgets, risks, and communications to help meet project goals and support customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

• Plan and coordinate technical projects from initiation through delivery
• support service delivery and customer satisfaction
• help manage incidents and client communications
• provide project status updates
• maintain project information in company systems
• assist with statements of work and customer presentations
• develop project plans, scope, schedules, budgets, and deliverables
• coordinate internal teams and external partners
• manage risks and issues
• support project closure and handover.
