The role develops and improves the PACE quality program, uses data to guide operational improvements, oversees reporting and complaint processes, and communicates results to organizational and regulatory stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Develop and standardize enterprise quality, clinical excellence, and patient-safety metrics
• create quality workflows, tools, and reporting approaches
• partner with Analytics and Performance Excellence on operational improvement
• monitor quality metrics, HPMS entries, and corrective action plans
• support compliance initiatives and PACE complaint and grievance processes
• ensure timely regulatory submissions
• lead quality operations teams and communicate results.
