What you'll do

• Conduct technical evaluation and analysis to inform government E&A leadership decisions on S&T investments
• develop and execute the Data Collection and Analysis Plan for Technology Operational Experimentation Events Key Performance Parameters
• develop mathematical models to assess technology performance in operational scenarios
• conduct cost-benefit analysis
• analyze alignment with Naval S&T focus areas and strategic guidance
• present project data at portfolio reviews and technical exchange sessions.
